Terms & Conditions

Booking and Cancellation 

1. The package price includes hire of the equipment for the duration of one night unless specified on your invoice. 

 

2. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking. Spa squad requires £75 deposit.

 

3. The package balance is payable 14 days prior to the sleepover. If not paid by this date Sleepover Squad will send a payment reminder and expect prompt payment to proceed with your booking.

 

4. A refundable deposit of £75 is required for loss or damage of equipment. 

In the event that more than £75 damage is caused to the equipment this will 

be chargeable to the hirer.

5. Cancellations: given adequate notice (14 days minimum) we always prefer to 

re-book.  If your cancellation is less than 14 days notice, the deposit is forfeited.

 

6. All prices are subject to change at any time (except confirmed bookings).

7. If Sleepover Squad cancels the booking all monies will be refunded.

Conditions Of Hire

We pride ourselves on supplying the very best quality, high end equipment and it is the responsibility of the person hiring our equipment and to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury to all persons or damage to the equipment.

 

Please ensure the following guidelines are followed:

1. A responsible adult(s) must supervise use of the equipment at all times.
2. The squad kits are not toys and should be treated with respect.
3. Only one person can sleep in one bed/decorative tent.
4. Fairy lights must be turned off when it’s sleep time and overnight (and allows the squad to settle). We provide night lights and torches which can be used overnight.
5. No make up, nail varnish, face paints, slime, putty, coloured streamers or silly string can be used on or near the equipment.
6. No food except popcorn and sweets provided are allowed near the equipment.
7. No smoking or barbecues near the equipment.
8. No pets or sharp objects on the equipment.
9. Please ensure items are not placed into mouths due to possible damage and choking.
10. Please turn off any items when not in use.
11. Sleepover Squad accepts no responsibility for food allergies.

Delivery 

In preparation for the delivery of the sleepover please ensure the following:

1. Please ensure there is room for our vehicle to easily to deliver and unload our equipment for your sleepover.

2. The room where you are having your sleepover has been prepared to allow adequate space for the set up for the sleepover beds that you have booked. 

Please note our Sleepover Squad team do not move any furniture or provide any heavy lifting.

3.In the unlikely event of adverse weather conditions which would disable our ability to deliver the sleepover package due to health and safety reasons 

a full refund will be provided.

Collection

In preparation for collection of the sleepover please ensure the following:

1. There is room for our vehicle to easily to park to load our equipment from your sleepover.

2. Please ensure all beds, tents and bed trays need to be cleared of all people and their possessions.

3. Please ensure all drinking cups need to be emptied and cleaned ready to packed away.

 Please ensure you report any damage or breakages when returning the equipment as an additional charge may be incurred.
