    We deliver, set-up, style your themed sleepover in your home or venue then come back the next day and tidy it all away. 


    All you have to do is provide the squad! 


    No stress for you, just excitement!


  • What is included in your Sleepover Squad Package?

  • How do I book?

    You book via our booking form on the website. 

     

    A payment of £50 is required to confirm your booking, and the remainder of the payment must be paid 14 days prior to your sleepover.


    A refundable deposit of £75 is required for loss or damage of equipment. If something sadly does gets damaged, the refundable deposit with be forfeited

  • What are your package prices?

    Prices start from 2 people is £90


    Prices start from 3 people is £120


    Prices start from 4 people is £150


    An extra bed after 4 people is £25 per person


    Prices start from £200 for our 5 metre Bell Tent (includes up to 6 beds) 


  • What do people need to bring?

    Only their PJ's, toothbrush and their favourite bedtime toy!

  • What are the sizes of your beds?

    We use full size beds which measure 185cm by 80cm we can therefore accommodate children, teenagers and adults alike. 

  • How much space do I need for a sleepover?

    It depends on how many tents/beds you would like. And whether it is an inside or outside sleepover.


    As a guide for our inside sleepovers each decorative tent comes with a breakfast tray which takes up a minimum of 230 cm length x 95 cm in width of floor space. 


    It is possible, where space is tight, to have the  set up with trays placed elsewhere, or sharing of trays. We work around the space you have.


    Our outside sleepovers use 5 meter Bell Tents which require a flat floor space of 7 metres 

    Please be mindful you will also need to consider  space to walk around the beds and have clear access to doors and clear access to exits to, for obvious health and safety reasons.  If you'd like our help, give us a call with the dimensions of your space and location of the exits, and we’ll come up with the best layout for your squad.

  • What is the age range suitable to use indoor Sleepover Squad tents/pods?

    We think from age 7 plus is an appropriate age for our sleepovers and there is no age limit!


    We do sleepovers for adults too! Hen dos, birthdays, celebrations & get togethers, whatever & whenever you need a sleepover!


  • How far do you travel?

    Our free delivery is up to 20km radius of our base at CV22 


    We do travel outside this area subject to availability & a small delivery charge. 


    In the last few months alone we’ve been to Northamptonshire & Oxfordshire.


  • Do you have insurance?

    Yes we are fully insured.

  • Are you DBS checked?

    Yes we are DBS Enhanced checked

  • Do you do any extras?

    Yes, we offer Spa Squad our version of a fabulous hosted Pamper Party. 


    Karaoke Kits (subject to availability) and Freakshake Kits.

  • How much deposit do I have to put down?

    On the date of your booking we request a secure deposit of £50.00 and the remainder of your balance to be paid 14 days prior to the sleepover.

  • Do you do sleepovers for adults?

    Yes we do! Get in touch!

  • What happens if an item gets damaged?

    We understand that accidents can happen it is important to remind all squads that our squad kits are not toys, and must be treated with care and respect. 

     

    In the event that more than £75 damage is caused to the equipment this will be chargeable to the hirer.

  • How do you wash all the bedding and tents?

    All our bedding/tents are washed in non-bio hypo-allergenic washing powder and conditioner.

  • What time do you deliver and collect?

    We will usually arrive to set up between 12-4pm on the day of the party


    We collect anytime between 9 and 11am the following day.  


    We are flexible depending on when you want your party to start and finish and other sleepovers that we may have booked.
